Today, for the first time in over three years I rode a bike – well, a stationary bike.
10 miles in 30 minutes… I have no idea if that is good or bad, average or pathetic.
But it is a start.
"Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride."

Good for you Josh, that sounds amazing to me, but like you I have no idea.
20 MPH is pretty fast, especially for the first time. You didn't mention how you felt afterwards.
I think for a runner, it matters more what it makes your heart do. Do you have a monitor you can wear while you ride?
Seems pretty good to me, and I am the slowest peddler there EVER WAS.
20 mph is a good speed, way to go!!
I agree with chelle. I monitor my effort when cycling.
yawn yawn. can hardly bear a moving bike, never mind stationary myself. but good on you!
